PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methonds

Payment for the order can be made during the order by using:

  • Swedbank Internet Bank When finishing the order, choose the payment option “Swedbank” and follow the further instructions. After the payment is verified by clicking “Return to Seller”, you will return to pakopats.lv and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail.

 

  • Payment card When finishing the order, choose the payment option “Pay with card” and enter the payment card data according to the required information. After the payment is verified by clicking “Return to Seller”, you will return to pakopats.lv and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail.

 

! Payment in cash when receiving an order or cash on delivery is not possible.

RETURN OF GOODS

How I can return the received goods?

  • Physical entity customers can return products to SIA Omniva within a time period of 14 days starting from receiving the product by completing the Refusal Formand sending it to [email protected]. Depending on the particular circumstances, the customer may have the right to a financial refund, product swap and/or compensation appropriate for the situation.
  • Legal entity customers can return products to SIA Omniva within a time period of 7 days starting from receiving the product and receive a refund of the cost of the order if Omniva has not properly delivered the order – the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods in terms of quantity, quality or assortment.
  • When returning the product, customers must remember that the product can’t be damaged or used, and its appearance cannot be significantly changed.
  • The customer must return the purchased goods to Omniva SIA. Depending on the size and weight of the item to be returned, please choose the appropriate return method:
    • Return the goods by courier to: Omniva SIA (Pakopats.lv), Dzirnieku iela 24, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167, Latvija.
    • To return an item via parcel machine – go to mana.omniva.lv, check the parcel, specify the recipient as Omniva SIA, E-mail: [email protected], phone number: +371 28230051, destination – Mārupes Dzirnieku ielas 24 parcel machine.
  • If the returned goods meet the above requirements, Omniva SIA shall issue a refund no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by Omniva SIA.
  • Costs of product returns are covered by the customer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match the ordered product

How is the money for returned goods refunded?

After receiving the returned goods, they will be inspected and approved. The money will be refunded no later than 14 (fourteen) days after sending the goods back to the Seller

What do I do if the received product does not match the order or is damaged?

If the received product is damaged or does not match the order, please inform our customer service immediately at: [email protected]. In the letter, please indicate the order number and briefly explain the problem. If possible, please add a photo of the damaged product.

ORDERS

Will I receive information about the shipping status?

Yes, when the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation letter to your e-mail.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery of the order to any Omniva parcel machine or with home delivery within 2 workdays starting from the day of the order.

Is the order confirmed?

When you make the payment in the last step of placing the order, you will receive a confirmation letter containing information about the order to your e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your Spam inbox.
